The following terms and conditions apply to payments made online via the Pollinate Energy website (www.pollinateenergy.org)
Refund and Exchange Policy
Shop purchases (made via info@pollinateenergy.org)
- Purchases made in error can be cancelled directly by the customer immediately after placing an order
- If you cannot cancel the order, you can contact us at info@pollinateenergy.org. Orders that have not yet been shipped can be cancelled. The refund will be provided via your payment method (i.e. directly from paypal or to your credit card)
- We do not provide refunds for change of mind purchases from our shop
Donations (made via secure.force.com crowdfunding pages or www.pollinateenergy.org/donate-now)
- Donations made in error will be refunded if disputed within 5 days of date of transaction
- Please send your refund request in an email to donate@pollinateenergy.org, including the date of transaction, type of payment (paypal or credit card) and a copy of your receipt. Refunds will be provided via your payment method (i.e. directly from paypal or to your credit card)
Delivery time-frames for goods and services
Shop purchases (made via info@pollinateenergy.org)
- You will receive receipt of payment immediately upon purchase
- You will receive an acknowledgement email once your product has been shipped
- We endeavour to ship all items within 3-10 business days of order being placed. Metropolitan Australia orders will take an additional 1-2 business days to arrive, other regions may take up to 5 more business days.
Donations (made via secureforce crowdfunding pages or www.pollinateenergy.org/donate-now)
- You will receive a receipt outlining your donation immediately upon payment from your payment gateway (paypal, credit card)
- You will receive tax deductible receipts minimum once a year, in time for end of financial year tax filings
