Inaugural Leadership Impact Program held in Bangalore

On Monday, 6 May, four organisational leaders began an intense, impactful and unforgettable program (Inaugural Leadership Impact Program) with us in Bangalore, India.

The objective of the inaugural Leadership Impact Program was to immerse leaders with peers, to work in truly thought-provoking situations, and return home as deeply self-aware leaders ready to mobilise transformation.

Yoong Heng Tan (Director and Singapore Office Leader, Arup), Nuria Ruiperez (Global Innovation Lead, Worley), Dan Sturrock (Investment Director, ARENA) and David Heard (Co-Founder and Principal, Finncorn Consulting) joined Pollinate Group as early adopters of this exciting and unique experience.

The program was expertly facilitated by Elena Bondareva, who also sits on the Pollinate Group Board of Directors.

Participants were joined by Pollinate Group CEO and Co-Founder Alexie Seller, Co-Founder and Director of Impact Sita Adhikari, Executive VP Sales Murli Padmanabhan and Ravi Kumar Paramkusum, Director of Operations.

Highlights shared by participants to date include the chance to interact with the communities Pollinate Group serves, creating ideas that can change the world, meeting great people, deep personal reflection and a stronger understanding of the social enterprise ecosystem.

“This program delivered what I was hoping for and helped generate an idea that I think can be a game changer for the social enterprise sector more broadly. I also gained value from spending time with the Pollinate Group leadership team and growing my understanding of how they have built and grown this impactful organisation.”

An informal networking event was hosted during the program bringing together people across social enterprise, NGOs, government and industry in Bangalore

“The opportunity we created to engage with a broader network on our key challenges is already having an impact on our team. Within one week of completing the program, we’ve been able to course correct and communicate these lessons throughout the organisation,” says Seller.

Elena shares, “Guiding this purposeful group of executives on their exploration of social impact, industry transformation and personal leadership—against the phenomenal backdrop of Pollinate’s work amongst the most neglected communities in the world—was one of the more rewarding experience of my career.”
