Executive Leadership Program 2019-05-22T20:47:38+00:00

Executive Leadership Program

Invest in you. Change everything.

You do business in an unpredictable, complex and disruptive landscape.

Add daily, at times confronting, exposure to many of the biggest problems in the world and welcome to where we do business – the slums of India and remote villages of Nepal.

Our Executive Leadership Program immerses you in this environment with peers, to work in thought-provoking situations and return home as a deeply self-aware leader ready to mobilise transformation.

Pollinate Group has won awards for looking upstream and addressing complex issues with immediacy. Our business environment forces us to tackle the biggest problems head on, rather than waste time and resources on the symptoms. We seek to share how we do this and learn from your experiences.

Join us on this incredible journey of impact for yourself, your peers, your company and the communities we serve.

About the Executive Leadership Program: next program in October 2019

Invest in yourself as a holistic leader through thoughtful reflection with the group, and understand your unconscious impact.

Discuss, delve and explore topics including:

  • Merit versus diversity
  • Stakeholder versus shareholder
  • Cohesion versus creativity

Explore inclusion and gender empowerment, sustainability and business ethics through our lens, and share ways to test, iterate and evaluate your own company’s approaches.

Identify opportunities for your business to create maximum social impact through effective CSR policies. Learn about the latest trends in shared value and CSR with executive peers from around the globe.

Visit and experience some of the poorest, hardest to serve customers in the world – in the middle of India’s booming tech hub – and meet the inspirational people changing their lives.

Read about the inaugural program in our blog.
